Our office is open from 9:00am- 5:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am-2:00pm on weekends. Care services are available 24/7.

General FAQs

Everyone is eligible to receive our services, subject to agreed terms and conditions.

Assessment can be based on a doctor’s recommendation/prescription and/or client or family needs and requirements for home care services.

This could be via a doctor’s referral or direct client/family consultation, assessment, and care planning., followed by direct contact.

We have professional caregivers, CAN, LPN, and RNs that provides home care tailored to the client’s needs.

Caregivers’ visits is as required and agreed based on the care plan and the patient’s needs.

Personal care is definitely part of the services offered.

The care plan is developed in line with either the doctor’s referral, or in conjunction with the client or their family, based on the client’s condition.

Service costs are agreed based on the mode of payment.

Both private pay and long-term care insurance are accepted.

Once the insurance is fully accepted, there are no out-of-pocket expenses to incur.

All Sycamore Oasis caregivers are screened before they are hired, including background checks, qualification validation, and ongoing training

Caregivers are trained in safety protocols, emergency procedures, and infection control for our clients. 

Our clients are provided with detailed information (phone number), on how to reach the care coordinator or customer service for assistance

Our Admin Manager regularly visits our clients to conduct assessments and asks for feedback on the quality of care being provided. 

We anticipate disruptions due to caregiver related emergencies and put in place adequate backup plans to ensure continuous care.

Medical records from doctor’s referral, power of attorney, and advance directives.

We provide services fully consistent with HIPAA compliance caregiver training that emphasizes protection of patient information.

Our services can be ended at any time with 24 hours’ notice.

Yes, our plans can be modified as the client’s needs or diagnosis requires or evolves.

We are available to provide 24/7 services all year round at the need requires and as agreed, including holidays.
